PA L3/17 is a Controlled Atmosphere Furnace,sealed structure.1800# polycrystalline fiber chamber.Heating element uses high-quality new type MoSi2 rod.Yudian PID controller,programmable 30 segments,good stability and high temperature control accuracy.Gas port uses 1/4" hose barb,work in air, inert gas and rough vacuum environment,Gas pressure not exceed 0.03MPa / 150torr / 3 psi.Max vacuum 50000Pa.In many heat treatment experiments such as additive manufacturing, controlled atmosphere furnaces provide the environment for a variety of purposes, providing the controlled temperature and atmosphere required for a specific project.

Safety Measures
- Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
- Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
- Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes
- Gas pressure in the furnace tube should not be higher than 0.02MPa.
- High gas cylinder pressure. Use pressure reducing valve when introducing gas to furnace.
- When using flammable and explosive gases for experiments, safety accessories must be equipped.
- When the operating temperature exceeds 1400℃, cold water circulation device must be installed.
- The equipment room must be well ventilated.
