Product Overview for Hybrid Muffle Furnace

Hybrid muffle furnace PH L3/12 integrates a chamber muffle furnace and a tube furnace in one, compact, light weight, easy to operate. Designs with inlet and outlet ports on the quartz tube with sealing flange attached in the chamber. A compact hybrid muffle furnace could be used for materials heat treatment processing under atmosphere or vacuum condition at a max working temperature of 1200℃, applicable for material sintering, heating preparation of Li battery, Carbon, graphene materials etc..

Safety Measures

Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller's manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

However, toxic or explosive gases that may generate from the sample during the heating are not recommended for use with this programmable muffle furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
